🇹🇭 สาเหตุที่ระบบขัดข้อง
เกิดเหตุขัดข้องทางเทคนิคระหว่าง Deploy code ชุดใหม่ขึ้นระบบ ส่งผลให้ร้านค้าไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้

ช่วงเวลาที่ได้รับผลกระทบ
วันที่ 14 มิถุนายน 2565 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10:40 น. - 10:58 น.

วิธีแก้ไขปัญหา
ทีมเทคนิคได้ Rollback Code ส่วนที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหาดังกล่าวเรียบร้อยแล้ว

This incident affected: Page365 website (เว็บไซต์), Facebook Messaging (ระบบรับ-ส่งข้อความจาก Facebook), LINE OA, Email notification (ระบบแจ้งเตือนทาง email), Image display (ระบบแสดงรูปภาพ), Page365 Express (การสร้างรหัสพัสดุ), Online invoice (บิลออนไลน์), Facebook Comment, iOS Application, Android Application, and Instagram Direct Message.
